| I married in 1981 to my husband Gene. We have two daughters; Kristina and Melissa. We lived in Aurora, COL for about 12 yrs after we were married. I practiced real estate for five /six years in COL and really enjoyed it. Then we decided to move back to Minnesota as parents were aging; we wanted to be closer to our families. We moved to Mankato as that is where Gene had gotten a job. My husband and I started investing in real estate around six years ago and love it! We have several properties and are always looking for more to either refurbish and sell or keep as rentals. My husband kept telling me I need to get my real estate license back, so in December of 2011 I did exactly that. When I talked to Rich I really felt this was the company I wanted to be with; one with integrity and knowing what priorities are most important such as church, family, etc (which are very important to me). I was also excited about being with a company that wanted to know what I need to have and what will help my business grow! I love working with buyers and sellers and helping them throughout the process of finding the right home for them! |
